Our weekend was full..
Mexican food on Friday
A frenzy of cleaning Saturday morning
Lunch at home with Mike and Wendi on Saturday
Brunch with Aunt Kathy on Sunday
Now we are sitting in the living room,
Auggie asleep in Dave's arms
Periodically waking and crying out in alarm
checking to be sure that we are still here
The words "peek-a-boo" getting an instant
smile even through his fog of sleep.
